This guided tour introduces you to the Sharon valley’s market that’s all about the fusion of ethnicities and cultures, bustling and full of life, and most of all – surprising! Setting out from the ancient sycamore tree in the city center, we’ll experience the Tripolitan kitchen, fish, deluxe hummus, burekas and burekea, incredible fruit stands, sweets, almond rosettes that melt in your mouth with sweet tea, and a pastry shop with a Parisian aroma. These all appear alongside ancient artifacts, textiles, and the scent of dishes cooking on local oil burners or clay ovens that are very cool!
