Part of the unique Florentin neighborhood, our tour through the immigrant-dominated market will expose us to flavors and smells from all over the world. We’ll taste, smell, and talk about mysticism, art, and magic related to food and spices, and learn the history of Mediterranean cuisine and its key elements. We’ll also taste authentic dishes that have disappeared in other places.
